Re: 27ft CCT

T W Bourne in his articles for the Sept Model Railways says 37295 was lettered Return to Longbridge. Would that have been lettered as such in LNWR days. It has been suggested that some of the information needs to be treated with a bit of caution My photo of 603 seems to be lettered To be Returned to...

Re: Private Owner Non-Passenger Stock

It was one of the helpers on duty at the time. No name I am afraid. Have attached a photo I took of one of the pages of a book/catalogue that was given to me to look at. I have submitted a request online but have not had a reply. I find the photo part of the NRM site hard to follow. In hindsight I w...

ABS Kit

Have just received two open/coal wagons. On first looking at the casting they are very clean and the wagon sides have a lot of detail. These were the only ones I could obtain which is a pity if the others in the range were/are as good.

D87 Covered Goods Wagon

I have been advised by Gladiator Models that they are releasing the D87 Covered Goods Wagon as a resin kit at approximately 70 Pounds which seems a bit expensive, will have to hold any purchases as I have had a bit of a spend up lately and there has been some grumbles about the credit card.

Re: Pryce Jones of Newtown Mail Order. NPCCS.

Reg I have about 10 pages of private owner listings similar to the one for PJ covering Mulliners, Forders and others. These are of various wheel bases. I have asked Bob Williams if they can be put in the journal and in what form but might need more information to go with them. I am supposed to do so...
