Re: TPO Services

I came across an article about the TPO in one of the LNWR Gazette's can't remember which one. It is good to have these but hard to book mark also noticed one had some pages missing. Re: TPO Services

Mike if you look at Vol 3 of the Journal numbers 9 10 11 in which there is a detailed article by Philip concerning the TPO Coaches and in part 3 there is a list of Coach/Van number and their duties. Try not to get side tracked by some of the articles.

It is a bit of a catch 22 situation as the Society needs to promote its self but I do wonder if to much is being put out there tho I have en...

Re: Special Cattle Wagon D26

Photo of wagon under construction. Rubber band to hold while glue goes off. The body and under frame are in two parts and when finish joined together a bit like the Mercian Kits.

Re: Special Cattle Wagon D26

It is a new kit by Geoff Stratford ex Gladiator which I have been waiting on for a while. The bottom picture of 49626 which is a replacement of a D23 on page 141 of Vol 2 would indicate a vertical cylinder. The change in hand brake to cam action would that be a reason to change also page 143 M43966

When would the wagons horizontal vacuum cylinders have been changed to the vertical cylinder. I have just received a kit for this wagon and is supplied with the vertical cylinder.
