Survey Maps

Where do you obtain a ordnance survey map that shows a track layout etc and what scale is usual.
I have looked on the Map shop site and the only scale avaliable is 1inch to the mile

Not too sure, if I'm posting in the right place...

But...

How difficult is it to use C&L Track System as opposed to doing a layout using Peco Track System?
