Hello all,
Has anyone recently purchased the attached LNWR drawing from an Ebay seller, if so would you please contact me in response.
The reason for asking is, the drawing content is very useful for detailing drawings of carriages that I am producing in CAD for other members.
Therefore I would like to obtain a full size copy of the purchased item if at all possible.
Many thanks in anticipation.
Regards,
Brian Nicholls.

Brian,

That looks like a 2-page plate from Railway Engineer, The Engineer or Engineering, so should be easy to find. Does the Archive/Bibliography or whichever part it is record the magazine? If it does I might be able to help.

But isn't it just a GA reduced in scale with some details omitted?

Mike

Found it! It was a 2-page drawing in Engineering for 30th March 1894, part of a series comparing British and American carriage design. I have a 200 volume set of those magazines but being bound they are not easy to copy.

Send me a note offline and we can discuss how best to get you a copy, or maybe what part of it you want.

Mike
