On Saturday 20th May, in the Talbot Inn, 100 yards from Stone Station in Staffordshire, the North West Group are holding a meeting when Paul Ramsey will talk about his experience of being a Crewe Apprentice and the influence which previous generations had on the railway, recalling in particular John Aspinall, Sir Nigel Gresley and Charles Bowen-Cooke. Refreshments at 12.00nn followed by the talk at approx. 13.00 All will be very welcome.
